At Clever Fox Learning, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for physical products, digital items, and training programs.
We offer a 30-day return window for physical products that arrive damaged or defective.
Note: Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless required by law.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Products must be in their original, unused condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
You must provide your order number or receipt to process a return.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
