At Clever Fox Learning, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for physical products, digital items, and training programs.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for physical products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Damaged or defective items require photographic evidence

Note: Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless required by law.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Photo Requirements for Damage Claims

To process a damage claim, you must provide clear photos showing:

  • The damaged product: Close-up images of the defect or damage
  • The original packaging: Photos of the box or packaging showing any external damage
  • The shipping label: Image of the shipping label with tracking number visible

Please email these photos to support@cleverfoxlearning.ca along with your order number.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

βœ“ Unused and Unopened

Products must be in their original, unused condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

βœ“ Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

βœ“ Proof of Purchase

You must provide your order number or receipt to process a return.

Digital Items & Training Programs

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Digital Printables: Once downloaded, these items cannot be returned
  • Online Training Programs: Once you access course materials or begin a training program, no refunds will be issued
  • Downloadable Resources: Any digital files that have been downloaded are final sale

Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing access to digital content, please contact us immediately at support@cleverfoxlearning.ca, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods may vary

Note: We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

How to Submit a Return Request

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads and printables (once accessed)
  • Training programs and online courses (once accessed)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.
