Shipping Costs

Shipping Calculated After Order Confirmation

Shipping is calculated after order confirmation based on order weight, size, and destination. Most international orders typically range from $15–25 CAD per kg, depending on the shipping method used.

Important: We do not apply flat-rate shipping, per-item shipping, or automatic checkout calculations. Once you place your order, we will:

  1. Review your order details (weight, size, and destination)
  2. Calculate the most accurate shipping cost
  3. Contact you with the final shipping cost for approval
  4. Process your order once shipping is confirmed

This approach ensures you receive the most accurate and fair shipping rate for your specific order.

Shipping Regions

We proudly ship educational toys, materials, and resources to the following regions:

  • Canada: All provinces and territories
  • United States: All 50 states
  • South America: Select countries (contact us to confirm availability for your location)

International Fulfillment Partners

To provide you with the best service and competitive pricing, some items in your order may ship from international fulfillment partners. This means:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the fulfillment center location
  • You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment
  • International shipments may be subject to customs processing and duties

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Once you place your order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately
  2. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days
  3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  4. You can track your package using the provided tracking number

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Updates on your shipment's progress

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays: Major holidays and peak shopping seasons may cause delays
  • Customs processing: International orders may be delayed at customs
  • Carrier issues: Weather, natural disasters, or carrier operational issues
  • Incorrect address: Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may be available for pre-order or may be temporarily out of stock:

  • Pre-orders: Products marked as "pre-order" will ship on or after the specified release date
  • Backorders: If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date
  • Partial shipments: If some items in your order are backordered, we may ship available items first and send backordered items separately

You will always be notified if there are any changes to your order's expected delivery date.

International Customers & Customs

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • Customs fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery
  • Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. For damaged items, include photos of the damage and packaging
  4. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund
